Any good tools to survey capacity/training needs of WASH staff countrywide? Any templates?
Question is pretty much self explanatory, several agencies have funds for capacity building of local staff, and the WASH sector would like to conduct some sort of survey (possibly using survey monkey, anonymized) to tailor those trainings to the needs expressed by the target audience. Cheers
