The attached factsheet from WEDC has got the basics, including toilet designs C:\fakepath\WEDC - Menstrual hygiene management in schools 2012.pdf

For an incinerator, Practical Action is looking into a low-cost one: https://practicalaction.org/low-cost-incinerator-for-urban-waste

I don't have to hand other examples of small incinerators, although as far as I know, designs can be used from health centres (small incinerators to dispose of medical waste - see the factsheet at https://practicalaction.org/low-cost-medical-waste-incinerator with several examples)

Thanks for sharing the Pakistan paper - very useful!
