The organisation that I was thinking of was the Africa Cashew Alliance.

They also have publications such as “Export manual to guide cashew processors” and “Training Manual on raw nut quality”

An NGO that has worked on Cashew nut processing in the past in the West Africa region is Enterprise Works, they may be able to provide you with some useful information.

Enterprise Works Worldwide (EWW). EWW was formally Appropriate Technology International ATI and were started as part of the US Government's response to Schumacher. They are an NGO and have recently made a strategic shift towards business development services as the leading edge of their work. They have worked on cashew processing in West Africa.

Another organisation that I have the address of is SAFPP which looks like they are based in South Africa but have worked in Guinea.
