How to improve unclean, slow and intermittent piped water supply?
Pipe water is very unclean. The speed of water receiving is low. Without warning water supply is stopped. Having a patient with kidney issue, this water is the only option for drinking.

Some more details would be essential before recommending anything specific. It would be hugely useful to know in what way the pipe water is unclean. Knowing the budget to resolve the water problems would also be very helpful.
Reading between the lines it sounds a little like this is a hospital, which could benefit from a large storage tank and then some form of water treatment. Possibly even an independent water source?
Are you able to provide more details?

To give out some more information regarding the enquiry. Well the pipe water is coming through the main line (supply). Which is the case that the water supply is weak. Further in Anuradhapura District (North Central Province) there is the increasing and spreading of the Chronic Kidney Disease, where more research and experiments are going on still and the cause has been thought as to the drinking water where chemicals and other fertilizers have been dissolved in.
Another enquiry related to the same question is that "Due to unclean drinking water; the rate of kidney patients has increased".
Regarding the weak water supply, if the questioner is a hospital, or building owner, a storage tank and booster pump would be the most obvious solution. Regarding the chronic kidney disease, yes, this seems to be a well-researched, but unresolved issue that is specific to Sri Lanka: https://www.mdpi.com/1660-4601/11/2/2125 This link explains Nephroxoxic (kidney damage) injuries: https://medical-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/Nephrotoxic+Injury Step one would be to identify what chemical is causing the kidney disease, from there we could provide advice on means of removing it from the water supply.
